GERMAN SOCIETY

    Germany is a country in Europe, with fascinating people called Germans. Interestingly, their language is German. It has a diverse ethnic groups, and of course the Germans outnumbered the other group with 91.5 percent. About 2.4 percent are Turkish, and other 6.1 percent are largely the Greek, Italian, Polish, Russian, Serbo-Croatian and the Spanish.
    There are different kinds of religious groups in German Society. These include; the Protestant and Roman Catholic with each of these group having about 34 percent respectively. Moslems have about 3.7 percent and others forming about 28.3 percent of the religious group.
    The most recent population census for the year 2013 estimated that, the German population is about 81,147,265. Population growth rate is - 0.19 percent, but birth rate is 8.37 birth over 1000 population. And the death rate is 11.7 deaths over 1000. Their net migration rate is 0.89 migrant(s) / 1000 population. Urban population is 74 percent of total population and rate of urbanization is 0% annual annual rate of change       ( 2010-2015 estimate).
   The meridian age for a  German male is 44.7 years , and a female is 46.8. The total average age = 45.7 years. Maternal mortality rate = 7 deaths/ 100,000 live births. Infant mortality summed up to 3.48 deaths/ 1000 live births. For male = 3.78 deaths/1000 live births and female = 3.17 deaths/1000 live births.
Life expectancy at birth =  80.32 years for total population; German stands at the position number 28 when compared to other countries in the world. Male life expectancy is 78.04 years to a female counterparts 82.72. Fertility rate = 1.42 children born/woman.
    The country spends up to 11.6% of GDP (2010), on health expenses. Country stands no. 11 when compared to other countries in the world. Physicians density = 3.53/ 1000 population. The Germans have improved drinking water to be 100% of population for both rural and urban sector. And Sanitation facility accessibility is also 100 percent both urban and rural. 
   HIV/AIDS prevalence rate is 0.1 percent. People living with this disease are 67,000 (2009 est.). Country is number 50 when compared to the world. HIV/AIDS death is fewer than 1000.
Obesity rate in adult is 25.1 percent. Children under the age of 5 that are underweight is 1.1 percent (2006).
    Literacy rate is 99 percent in both male and female or the total population. At the age 15, average German can read and write.
  Unemployment rate for youth age 15-24 = 8.5%. Male is 9.1 and female is 7.8 percent. The country place 117 when is compared to the world (2011).
